From Your Instagram Account (Already Logged In)
If you’re already logged into your Instagram account, follow these instructions.
Click on the gear icon on your Instagram profile. The icon will appear in the upper right corner of your profile.
Click on Settings and privacy.
Select the Meta Accounts Center in the upper left corner.
Once in the Meta Accounts Center, select Password and security. Then click into Change password.
You’ll be prompted to select the appropriate profile. Select the profile for which you wish to reset your password.
In the next window, enter your current password and then create a new password. If you forgot your current password, simply select Forgot your password at the bottom.
Can’t Sign In? From the Instagram Login Page
On the Instagram login screen, select Forgot password?
